Pixhawk/Dragonlink bad servo twitch

Hello all, I was just wondering what's going on with my setup.  I'm using a Dragonlink ver. 2 Tx and Rx.  PPM output channel 12 to the pixhawk and in manual mode, the servos are very erratic and twitching violently.  I am quite perplexed... Any idea what it could be?  I'm still setting it up so FPV video is not running.  The only Tx running is the Dragonlink...

  • I ended up reducing the channels on my Futaba 14SG and it works now, which is a bummer, because I want to use all 12 channels and it seems that the problem is with Dragonlink's firmware...

    • Did you try reducing your endpoints on the upper channels.
      • No I didn't, but come to think of it, that's a good idea.

  • How many channels are you using?
    • I didn't know I had a choice of how many channels?  I'm assuming the DL Rx is outputting 12 channels out the PPM sum.

      • No, it only puts out what are being used when you bind.
        • So since it's hooked up to a  Pixhawk, it will only put out the amount of channels based on what servos are hooked up to the Pixhawk at the time of binding?

          • Yes, at least I know that is true for the upper channels 9-12. I asked because if using lots of channels, like more than 10, DL can have PPM issues. There are work arounds if this is the case. How many channels does your plane have?
            • Im actually just in the process of setting it up so currently I have 2 channels, 2 the elev. and rudder.

              • What happens when you plug your servos directly into the Rx?
You should probably post this question on the RCGroups DL thread and see what Mike has to say.
