My quad suddenly jerked when I was about to start my final descent and fell off the sky from a moderate height.

Sorry, Alvaro, but you haven't given nearly enough information about your machine to make an intelligent guess as to what went wrong however, a quick auto-analysis of your log file in Mission Planner indicated the following:

A graph of your log revealed huge spikes in your compass mag X, Y and Z values immediately before your crash so I would say your compass (and electrical interference) would be a good place to start.  See 'Compass Interference' in the below:
