Every time i power down the pixhawk the SD card becomes corrupt.
Now it seems to have completely fried the SD card and the card will not even show up when I insert it in my laptop or desktop.
Guess i need a stack of new cards.
$12 every time I unpower the pixhawk is a bit much!
What is the proper power down sequence that can help me? I see some folks saying to "disarm" but I am not sure how that is done?
Thanks
Dustin

these corruption problems(logging stop midflight, and file is not closed) , dirty bit still set, are very common poblems with pixhawk.
But there's no reason you should need new card , - even if a OS does not mount it, you should be able to format it from various disk tools and command line.
