Can anybody help me with ideas for placing the parachute inside skywalker x8 fuselage and also servo mechanism to enable parachute release.
My project is Skywalker X8 assembly for Mapping Application
So the setup has Skywalker Airframe, Pixhawk 2 Autopilot and Piksi multi RTK gps. I need to fix Parachute to failsafe this whole set up.
Actually My idea is to Place a Skywalker X8 Parachute umbrella inside the Parachute bay which is available in market and fix it with Servo to engage the mechnism for parachute release. If so placing that bay in skywalker should I cut out the Skywalker top foam and place the parachute bay or any other solution for placing that bay.
please help me with this.
