Unusual LED pattern

So I have found two guides on the patterns I should expect from the PX4:

http://copter.ardupilot.com/wiki/common-apm-board-leds/

https://pixhawk.ethz.ch/px4/users/status_leds

The pattern I get when I arm is not described in either. When I power up the board I get solid green no blue and rapid blinking red (BOOTLOADER MODE), then it goes to solid green and blue slow blink and red off (GPS/ FLOW FOUND), but when I arm it the pattern is green off, red off, blue solid.

As far as I can understand red solid is armed not blue solid? I have attached the log from the communication console in QGroundControl if that helps. I do not have the IO board.

Cheers

  • so I have tried to flash the PX4 again and no matter what I try as soon as I power the board the LED goes solid blue (after bootloader) and I cannot connect to mavlink. I re-flashed it again after but with the same result. Can anyone shed some light on this please?

  • can anyone please tell me why I get a solid blue LED on ARM? Additionally now when I connect the PX4 to USB I get a solid blue LED straight away and I cant connect over MAVLINK. Any Ideas? Cheers
