Using the on-board PPM encoder for more applications then the main board

Which pin is the input pin for the ppm signal on the 2560(I suspect it's not one of the "easy accesible" ones). I'm working on a second chip for my project that take care of some mixing in the wing, fowler flaps and airbrakes mainly. Since there already is a ppm encoder on-board I might as well use it :)

Someone who's handy with those Eagle files please help?

http://code.google.com/p/ardupilot-mega/wiki/SolderJumpers it's the solder pad marked PPM on the bottom.

Do you need it to monitor the signal why you develop?
