Zigbee feedback

Hi ,

iam building an RC plane and i have a problem in the communication mechanism, i am using (802.15.4) protocol and it have not a TCP like u know which it my main problem. 

my goal is to send commands  from station via (Tx X-bee) to guide the plane  and having a camera feedback from the (Rx X-bee)  at the same time ..

the tools iam using :

2x X-bee modules ( pro S3B)

2x Arduino nano

RC plane  

i would like to hear your suggestion and solution .
