New AndroPilot Android GCS release 1.2.16

Thanks to danpe for checking in this fix!

# 1.2.16

* Merge in a fix contributed by danpe: Make maps more reliable when internet connection is marginal
* Allow entering negative numbers on the parameter and waypoint editors
* Rssi speech warning thresholds are now set automatically

FIXME: prompt and do basic droneshare upload
FIXME: at end of upload offer to show kml locally or share via facebook

    Kevin, Its really great to hear. Just tested Andropilot 1.2.16. Its working perfect with standalone 3DR radio but;

    • It does not work with WiFly
    • While 3DR radio is plugged and telemetry working well in Andropilot, it does not do port forwarding, I mean not working simultaneously in the tab and in PC.
