problem with altitude AGL

hello everyone
I am new user of this software and I would first like to thank the devellopeurs for this very good
job.
Dji has completely abandoned us with the ground station and we are happy to test ugcs.
I did a test today with the free version and a dki wookong M quadri.
The field of the test is at 30m AMSL and my flight is planned to 30 AGL. The drone has been well

connected with the return telemetry. I upload the  flight, the drone take off but it remained at

7m above the ground instead of 30 m .I had to interrupt the automatic flight before the trees. I re-tried several times with the same issue.what is the problem?
Thanks for answer

Eric

    Eric,

our customers often use one simple waypoint before photogrammetry to set camera orientation (or walk around issue in A2) so this problem was hidden from us. Thanks again!

Looking forward to hear about your tests!

    Hi Eric!

Thanks for logs! We found solution. Your issue happens when all WP'ts are at the same altitude. It's been fixed in 2.10 beta. Workaround for 2.9 is to add a waypoint which produces a route segment with steep climb/descent.

  • Hi Anton

    new test yesterday.

same drone, quad wookong M V5.26 (perhaps old version for Ugcs)

i follow your instruction, sadly same problem : drone start and climb to 5 metres and go to mission !!!! I stop the fly  (gps --àatti) with throttle  on the middle position –very important for guys who read this mail.

later i test ugcs with phantom 4 , pc win 7 and android tablet

    no problem with altitude

pproblem is with wookong M and firmware 5.26 i think.

    Find my logs and screenhot

    thanks for your help

    best regards

    Hi eric!

Please check that "Take-off point altitude" is correct - https://www.ugcs.com/files/PDFs/Manuals/v2.9/user-manual.pdf (Page 43). It can differ from altitude received from geoserver. If it correct, please send me your log files: https://www.ugcs.com/en/page/support

And after all you can test our new beta - https://www.ugcs.com/en/page/ugcs-version-2-10-beta

    Best regards,

    Anton Senkovskiy
