Illuminatore laser IR pelco D

Good evening everyone, thank you for accepting me into this group. I would like to ask for technical help, I should make this IR laser illuminator work with the Pelco D protocol but I am not familiar with this protocol. I need to mount this illuminator on a drone I built and I need to manage it remotely via Taranis radio control and Radix 2 flight controller. Can anyone tell me how to proceed in this regard? Thanks in advance for any useful information you can give me.
