I have not flown my finwing penguin yet. In manual mode the elevator moves alot (100% i would say). In FBWA mode the elevator moves about only 30% up and 30 % down compared to Manual mode. Is this expected? The same looks to be true for the ailerons
I have located my 600 mw Immersionic FPV transmitter in my Finwing penguin fuselage. Shoud it be located outside the plane to cool it or has anyone any experience ?
i know this might seem like an obvious question but am i supposed to remove JP1 on arduplane when using the 3dr power module in conjunction with the APM 2.6 ? Right now i have it inserted and everything seems fine although i have not flown yet. What
I am trying to calibrate my external 3DR GPS/Compass. Under Mandatory hardware and Compass, I set the orientation to "APM with External Compass". Now if i disconnect and reconnect using mission planner, the radio button switches to "Manual".
My APM 2.6 with 3DR Voltage/Current sensor tells me i am drawing 6 amps while sitting idle. I have a 600 mw FPV transmitter powered via the battery also. The ESC is powered
I have my arduplane setup with APM and the latest firmware. I have no modified any settings but i have performed all the calibrations. I have not flown yet. When i roll the plane the yaw also moves. This is in stabilize mode ? is there something wron
Why is Flight Mode 6 [fltmode6] disabled in Flight Modes under Initial Setup?
I can change fltmode6 in advanced paramaters which will work but under flight modes it is still displayed as "manual" , hence when I make a change to another mode it saves F
I have calibrated my Accelerometer on the APM 2.6. I am running firmware 3.0.1. This is a brand new APM board. Linked is a video of the APM sitting flat on a table. Why does the horizon move - is there a problem with my Accelerometer ?
From my work in attempting to figure out Failsafe i see that the APM ALWAYS treats the throttle channel as the failsafe channel i.e RCMAP_THROTTLE in the full parameter list. Can i change what channel is used to determine failsafe i.e for me it is RC
Hi.I have an Arducopter that flys great but i want to build a plane next.
I want to be able to fly for 1 Hour, so i am thinking 2X 5000mah batteries. I also want to put my FatShark attitude FPV kit onboard aswell as the APM 2.6, ESC and Motor. I have
when i use the 433 mhz telemetry on my pc the reception is 100% at close range - no issues.
When i use my Samsung galaxy tablet the reception is ~3% at close range - also the signal drops (you can see the flight mode constantly changing from arm
