I'm sorta new to the Pixhawk myself. If you connect it to Mission Planner, does it seem to function properly? I assume since you swapped birds you did a compass/GPS calibration? Can you reset the Pixhawk to defaults and start over?"

"For me it was the limits setting for my throttle stick on the Turnigy 9x. Increasing to 120% fixed it. But now that I have a Taranis, I left the throttle settings at default and it worked right away."
