Source for carbon fiber props for Iris+

I have looked for these and am having no luck.  I have no issue with the stock props, but wanted to do a little evaluation.  Any recommendations on length and twist would be helpful. 

Do the CF props for the DJI Phantom fit the Iris+?  Thanks.

Replacing external status RGB LED

My status LED gave up the ghost.  Didn't really care for the battery door location either.  Thinking of replacing with a Vollong 3W RGB High Power LED from superbrightleds.com just under the safety button.  Overkill?  Any suggestions?
