I've configured the APM just the way I need it, but want to re-flash the hardware with the HIL simulation, and don't want to wipe any of my settings.

Read more…...Umm...How do we do this, do we essentially use the Ardupilot as the ASP and in Arduino choose ATMEGA2560 - load up the firmware as sketches and just upload...?
I think we all need details on how to perform this function.
