APM2.5 case screws

so, i was double checking my APM2.5 board to see why the current sensor wasn't working, so i unscrew the case to see the i had the jumper was there, when it shouldn't.

UBlox GPS no fix APM 2.5

i recently got a ublox 3dr gps module for apm 2.5

but i notoiced that on the GPS module there is a fixed RED light but no blue light fixed or blinking.

could this be a wiring problem? i read on some comments on other similar threads that the blue light
