APM fell shortly after take off

 My APM 2.6 quad had been flying great until last Thur 5/19/16. It took off fine in stabilize, locked in loiter mode. I then switched to drift and went out about 400 yards and it just fell from about 70+ feet, rolling right twice. Please review attac

My APM 2.6 quad has failed to disarm.

As a noobie I am asking for someone to review my data log. 

I have a 500 series quad that I purchased pre-built. So far I am very happy with it but have had a couple of occsions where it would not disarm and I had to unplug the battery.
