loctite on motor mounting screws?

Building my first quad here.

I bought some sunnnysky 2212 980KV motors, which comes with a motor, a prop adaptor, and mounting screws.

When attaching the prop adaptor to the motor, do folks use loctite? I imagine something is needed in case the vib

I bought a motor and ESC, and I would like to get the motor spinning, controlled from a PC

Besides the motor, ESC, battery, what other hardware would l need? I have a pixhawk but I am not sure how to program it to send a command to the ESC to spin
