I connected Lidar Lite to Pixhawk via PWM connection. It did not work, so I checked first power and when I measured I got only 0.03V when I should get 5V? I have battery connected, no USB

I read from other threads that you can use putty to monitor messages between pixhawk and mission planner. When I try to do it get following issues. I can connect putty to PH by serial COM3 115200 baud, but then I see only garbage. Then I tried
