Why dont working my Pixhawk?

I have a little giro stabilized quad and fly very good in outdoor.

And I have a hexa with Pixhawk and cannot fly.

Micro quad take off easy and fly very stable

Hexa cannot take off or I have luck for take off but instable in air I need to heavy use tx
