"The glue is normal, as Thomas said. It was added to reinforce that connector. The connector is a "pinch to release" type, but it's so close to the Cube it's impossible to pinch. So people tend to push on the tab to release it,…"

"Ah, yes, I would get out into an area where you're certain not to have interference from buildings and whatnot and try there. The Here+ is pretty good at getting satellite reception near my house in a yard with trees, but those structures…"

"Does this condition persist for very long after you power up? With my Here+, I usually have a fix within 2 minutes of powering it up, usually much sooner than that. Until then you'll of course get a "No GPS" or "NoFix"…"

"You can, but not if you want RTK correction data to be sent to the vehicle. If you're not using the base station, you'll just be using a normal 3D fix."

"Ive read the articles about the Feiyu gimbal and how to wire it up, where people are soldering the connections directly to the Solo IO board. I was wondering why a pigtail/adapter couldnt be made that allows the Feiyu to just plug in to the Solo…"

"Seems like automating one of those Yamaha copters for tasks like this makes a lot more sense than waiting around for multirotors to get some kind of magical battery and a 4000% increase in lift capacity for things like spraying. I wonder what it…"

Kelly Schrock replied to Kelly Schrock's discussion Low-altitude fence
"Hi Chris, This is already in place. The way I implemented the low-alt fence, it's just another fence type. Normally, if you turn on the fence and set a max altitude and a max distance, you effectively have an invisible "cylinder"…"

"I needed phone support the other day. I couldn't find a number, but I found a link to a form I could fill out and have them call me. They called me back about 30 minutes later. So I guess that's sort of phone support. Works for me."
