Laser Navigation succesfully end the Stage 2 of Aerospace quality certification AS9100

A good news for company that would use Ardupilot Flight Control for professional application . Laser Navigation  ( know as Virtualrobotix )   produce VR Brain Flight Control boards this year at 6th board revision for different kind of application succesfully end the Stage 2 of aerospace quality certification AS9100 . The quality certification is for develop drone , hardware and software for aerospatial market. 

VR Brain support Ardupilot firmware and our lab support the development of custom hardware and firmware for Quadcopter , Plane , Tradhely and Rover and would support Ardupilot.org .

In september start the production of board with this kind of quality process. This is the first step for start to work to Eurocae / FAA certified products and firmware. Are there other company with same level of quality in its production or development process ? Could be nice join force for improve quality of our products around the world.

Any news about the dual F7 protos?

What do you plan to use that power for?

Would it run Arducopter/PX4 too?

Hi Maxime C,

the first VR Race F7 prototype is already in our lab and in lab of Race Flight TEAM . So now we are started to check the NuttX Os support for F7 CPU for Ardupilot firmware. And for Race Flight we are checking the new STM library available for this revision of micro ... The integration will be on NuttX so the support is for Ardupilot and PX4 firmware . About where use this power we are evaluating to check new EKF functionality for better filter the wrong sensor and switch off it when we found a iusse on it . And we would use for improve the ROS integration ,too
