  • Joshua, this is a useful topic, and you've improved a lot since episode #1.  I don't think anyone has a good drone podcast yet, and if you keep at it you could become a hit.

    My general advice is to just stay focused, plan out each episode, develop your own format (but cheat by looking at the format of other pod- and video-casts), edit when needed, and keep trying to show visually interesting material.

    My specific advice: Shorten it to 5 minutes, keeping it information dense.  There are so many rambling, time-wasting podcasts--don't be like them.  Also do one episode a week--it will force you to spend time making each episode better, and it will leave people wanting more.
