3D Robotics

3689397581?profile=originalMany of you have asked for a return of the DIY Drones podcast, which Tim Trueman and I took to nearly 30 episodes before we got way too busy with our day jobs last year. (You can listen to all the episodes here).

Tim's keen to restart it, but I'm too busy to be his co-host this time. So we need volunteers, both do to the interviews with Tim (they're typically done by Skype on a Sunday night) and to help identify and invite good guests.

Who would like to participate? Please volunteer or comment below.

  • Is it an Apple or Windows only site? Sort of, half works in Linux.
  • I'm down to help out.  :O)

Ideally, we'd have another host based in the US to make the time zones work. Tim and Doug are a great foundation, but I'd like one more person who's comfortable with a mike to balance the load.
  • Yes, I'd love to see them come back too.  I've always wished there was a (uStream) vidCast too like the Adafruit - "ask an engineer" weekly show, but I know the core team are just way too busy.  If I had more AP experience (i.e. something useful to contribute!) I'd hold my hand up for this.
  • Feel free to email me directly if you can help in any way: tim@dronedynamics.com

Hey, I've hosted a podcast before and would do it again. I'll PM Tim.

I'll be glad to help !!!
Can do post-production, and co-hosting if needed ;)
  • I really mss the podcssts too. I would love to volunteer but I'm in Australia so the timezones might be messy. I've got audio production experience and software though, so I wouldn't mind helping out with that if required.
