uBlox ZED-F9P new GPS test (and comparison to M8 series)

Hi,

This is a quick test and comparison between uBlox F9 and M8 series GPS. uBlox ZED-F9P is a multiband GPS that theoritically gets a better precision and faster acquisition.

Test was done using Ardusimple's SimpleRTK2B evaluation board.
