I'm glad that someone is raising some legit questions in the name of the whole community

Hello Dusan.  We are waiting for our new molding materials at the moment.  Although it will not be production quality (per se) I can mold you a body from our test molds. You will have to cut out for your frame and add mounting hardware your self.  The bodies are molded and fitted with appropriate hardware for our frames, but it should be no trouble for you to fit it to yours, if you have access to rotary tools.  Do you prefer carbon, fiberglass, or a combination of both?  Both a top and bottom half?  Price will depend on exactly what you want.  Just for an Idea of how much,  full carbon body will be close to $50 + shipping.  Fiberglass around $30.

Hello Dusan,

You asked, "Hey Patrick, is it possible to stream with qstreamer to ground and record it at the same time ? Best case record it on both sides air and ground, or just on the ground ?"

Yes you can. All of the above is possible, but I have not actually tried splitting the stream on the UAV.  I always record on the ground station. Here is a sample GStreamer pipeline to record:

udpsrc port=9000  buffer-size=60000 ! application/x-rtp,encoding-name=H264,payload=96 ! rtph264depay ! h264parse ! tee name=record ! queue ! avdec_h264 ! video/x-raw, format=I420 ! d3dvideosink sync=false record. ! queue ! mp4mux ! filesink location = /temp/fpv.mp4

This will place the recording in c:\temp\fpv.mp4.

There is one issue you could have if you don't have a way to stop the stream remotely. If you just disconnect, the EOS (End of stream) signal never is written to the file and it won't playback.  The GStreamer HUD I published will solve this issue if you hit the stop button before you stop the stream on the UAV.  Otherwise you need to stop the stream on the UAV gracefully so that the recording gets the EOS.

Hope this helps.
