Has anyone tried using a camera w/ optical image stabilization versus a camera without? Have you noticed any serious difference in image quality? I'm thinking about making the shift from the Pentax…Continue

Hey Dan,

I think that image was taken about 200 AGL. I do most of my r/c aerial photography below 300 AGL; currently my favorite camera is a Canon G9 even though it weighs over 13 oz. I have tried many other digital cameras but I have not been satisfied with the resolution; also many small lenses are too "slow" and have barrel distortion.

The santa image is a single picture. I'll have to review the telemetry log to determine the altitude at which it was taken.
