"You are dropping from 12v to 10.5 almost immediately.  A good failsafe is 3.5v per cell so that's 10.5v and that appears to be where your failsafe is set.  I agree that your props look very small for 3s.  My F450 uses 10"…"

MinimOSD Initialization

I hope someone can help.  I finally added an FPV camera and transmitter to my F550 hex based on an APM 2.6 flight controller.  I am using a MinimOSD board to overlay telemetry data on my video feed.  The issue is that upon power up, the video seems to get passed through without the telemetry data.  If I disconnect the power and RX signals coming from the APM telemetry port, data starts to load and the data is then overlayed on the video.  I know it's not a bad connection.  It looks like an…See More

"The MinimOSD simply hangs off a 'Y' lead on the Telemetry port. Simple as that. You don't actually need to 'Y' all the lines, just +/gnd/Tx "

Question Regarding Use of Minim OSD 1.1

I am adding FPV to my APM 2.6 based F550 hex and I see that the Minim OSD v1.1 uses the same telemetry interface as the radio used for the connection to my ground control station (915 MHz 3DR radios).  My question is, can I use both?I see all of the telemetry info overlayed on video however I don't know how one would upload and download missions without the radios and some sort of mission planner software (I use Tower on a droid tablet with the radio connected via the micro USB port on the…See More
