Freelance UAV pilot here. I received your message regarding your project and I would be able to help. I have experience with aerial photography and videography, including some film work. I have a quadcopter and an octacopter which is capable of carrying a Sony NEX5 camera with tilt and zoom.
I also have experience in 3D printing which has allowed rapid development of UAV platforms.
I believe I am looking for a multi rotor. It is commercial work and will be in Central London. I don't know if there is restrictions about this. Say if the filming takes place on private land but the boundary is a public road?
I need some advice as to will this work. Depending on how well the first project goes hopefully some repeat work.
Do you guys charge per hour including equipment and issuing imagery? What are we looking at per hour? Or do you give a lump price for the work?
Any advice will be greatly appreciated? Thanks in advance.
