"Wow Jesse, digging up an old thread. The last stable version of 3.2 was 3.2.1; however, the latest stable release of the firmware is 3.3.3 and it's very good. They have made numerous enhancements to make the flight experience more reliable, all…"

"Dax, Do you know off hand what the recommended version of 3.2 is to update to? Is it ArduCopter V3.2.1 (36b405fb)? That is what is on mine and they seem to flip some times on take off as well."

"Hi guys, I'm a beginner with the Iris+ and new to this group. I've got a new Iris+ and have had about 5-6 good flights so far. Today, I had it flip twice on me, dinging up the propellers a little bit. It seems to be flying ok now, but…"

"It behaves as I have applied a massive amount of roll and also, throttle response is very violent- 20% of it is enough to cause a flip"

"Is it flipping to the side or to one edge? In the latter case it could be a motor that is not working well"

My IRIS+ rflips on right side upon take off

Hi everyone,I have a problem with my IRIS+: it flips on a side when I am trying to take off. I take all the precautions: don't move it on startup etc, recalibrated esc, compass, acc... with no result at all. Any ideas?See More

IRIS+ RC transmitter issue

Hi everyone,I received my IRIS+ yesterday (it's my second quadcopter). Unfortunately, it seems like it doesn't work properly: included RC transmitter doesn't show any move on a throttle stick and it looks the same when I'm checking (and trying to reconfigure it) in mission planner. Other channels and telemetry are working, however. When I connect a battery, it blinks yellow (no RC signal). I was trying to adjust throttle travel and curve on a transmitter, but with no result, so just brought it…See More
