Welcome to DIYDrones,
This site is very helpful, but it is called Do It Yourself Drones for a reason, most of the work will be through trial and error on your part.
If you are looking for some help, I'd suggest doing some reading on the site and become familiar with the basics, ie components, what they do, where to get them, R/C flying, etc.
Then think about what you want your UAS to do, come up with a typical mission profile and then take a stab at what you would need to get it to work.
Once you have thought this out, you'll have more direct questions that members will more easily be able to address, including pointing you toward specific people who have attempted something similar.
