Hy Guys

Here is another unexplainable problem i have encountered. I have installed APM2 with latest code. Everything works perfect in Mission Planner... all sensors work well, attitude indicator moves great. But when connecting airspeed sensor and enable it strange things start to happen. When applying pressure to airspeed sensor (to show air speed) attitude indicator (artificial horizon) in Mission Panner starts to pitch down...

What could be wrong here?

thanks

  • I had a similar problem.  When the airspeed would move up and down the horizon would as well even though the plane was stationary.  It was explained that this is due to the accelerometers the speed to calculate the horizon.  Did you have a GPS "lock" when this was happening?  Once I had a GPS "lock" the horizon was stable.  Take you aircraft outside to get a GPS signal if you haven't tried this already.

    Good luck!
