Hey guys,
I just found this very interesting setup for only 26$.

Could this be used for the Arducopter as a connection to the ground station (pc) ?

or this sonic module:

Hey, just a tip for anyone using the APC220 modules; the ENable pin on the PC side should NOT be connected (should be left floating) to the supplied USB/TTL converter. Either make an adapter that ignores this pin or snap the pin off in order to be successful at streaming data. The modules are nice, but this small mod must be done for the PC side to work properly.

    Hi,
Sorry I can't comment on the pair that you have listed, but I'm using a set of these:

with success. The APC220 chipset ones claim to go further than the ones you have listed, but yours seem better documented. The only thing I'm having a hard time with is actual wireless reprogramming of the *duino. With xbee there is a small hardware hack for this... (I know, "Why would you want to reprogram wirelessly?"... Well, 'cause I do. ;) )
