More powerful Xbee

I found this more powerful Xbee :100 MW Xbee Pro and I am wondering if anyone has any experience with it. It should have more than double the range, however the RF data rate is only 9.6 KBS instead of 156 kbs for the 50 MW model we are all using. I'd like to know if the speed would be san issue for mission Planner or Ardustation.

Season Two of the Trust Time Trial (T3) Contest has now begun. The fourth round is an accuracy round for multicopters, which requires contestants to fly a cube. The deadline is April 14th.
