What frame are you using? 3DR? Quad, Hex?

Do you have a power distribution board?

This is going into a Bixler 2 airplane. The group yellow, black and red wires on the right are going to the RX. No power distribution board.  The ESC has an BEC. I have that connected to the output rails.

I would like to power my board via a separate battery for APM and RX, but that looks not so easy now if I want to measure the power of the main battery (V & I) and not the APM/RX battery. I would need to cut the power line from the APM PM module, or also run an ATTO sensor. see post here http://diydrones.com/forum/topics/using-atto-sensor-and-the-new-apm...
