Problem Uploading Code

I get the following error inside the IDE:avrdude: stk500_recv(): programmer is not respondingavrdude: stk500_recv(): programmer is not respondingThe board powers on and does do the blinky sequence properly (all four leds, then alternates).Does that mean most of the board was built properly?I have double checked my IDE settings...Using the Arduino Pro w Amega168.The IDE is version 16. I had the same result with 15.It's so frustrating... I built the board fairly easily, now to be stuck with this!Any help would be appreciated.Thanks,Jeremy

What FTDI cable are you using?
