    I am running a modified version of the v2.68 Arduplane flight code, and v2.3.13 of the ArduPPM code. The big changes are the addition of a 50 Hz data recording packet which is sent out in binary over UART2 to an offboard data link. I'm logging roughly 27 parameters in this loop.

I am having an issue with the recording of the PWM signals. Namely, I am getting spikes in the data, similar to that discovered here: http://diydrones.com/forum/topics/motors-twitching-in-flight?id=705...

The spikes are present in my 50 Hz data collection but also visible during testing using the MissionPlanner via the 3DR radio link.

I am using a JR 12X with DSMX and a Spektrum AR7010 DSMX receiver. Has anyone else noticed these issues on DSMX?
