Hello,
When I configure my RC all 4 channels show the correct measurements when moving to the max positions, but when I move thr throttle it shows on the screen that channel 3 is moving but channel 5 is also moving simultaneously.
So when I go to Flight mode selections and I move the throttle stick the dropdowns go green depending on the throttle sticks position.
Am I doing something wrong or is there somewhere in the software I have to set the channel.
Thank you
Christiaan

Permalink Reply by Vernon Barry on March 2, 2012 at 6:40am No, No, you guys are chasing the wrong path. His transmitter is obviously set in a helicopter mode which mixes the throttle and collective pitch channel. His receiver is basically sending throttle out on 2 channels. Switch the radio to airplane mode!!! I bet if you look at the transmitter (if it has an LCD), it shows the same thing when viewing the channel outputs (My DX8i did the exact same thing).
If there is no LCD, go back to the manual for the radio. Otherwise, if it's some cheapo fixed heli radio, you may not be able to use it, but thinking since it is mixed, likely it's a switch or a programming function. The quick fix is always airplane mode (no Vtail or other mixing either).
