Please make sure you're following the guide in the manual precisely and that you've got elevon mode set up properly in your RC transmitter. It's easiest to use MAVlink for this, not the DIP switches (which are no longer used in APM 2)

thnaks for the answers guys.in manual mode the controls work fine and the controls work fine in stabalize mode if i tilt the wing to get the proper response.but if i give manual stick inputs in stabalize mode the channels are reversed.

manual mode is entirely controlled by your rc transmitter. So you need to configure it propperly.
