Thanks in anticipation

Hello,

I just saw your PID tutorial today and am going to do it this weekend. I am wondering if you have any thoughts on whether the issue I'm having sounds like it could be the PIDs.

I have been dealing with a yaw/CW motor issue for a while now. I posted an explanation about it today. I have a monster quad with KDE Direct 4014XF motors, very strong output. I had it flying quite smoothly a while back on default settings but before that time and after it has had the CW 3&4 motors running higher (~150pwm) and therefore hotter than CCW 1&2 motors. I have been running on 8S batteries but recently made a swappable power board setup to use 6S as well. So far with the 6S batteries it is underpowered (~16-17lb all up weight) and yaws clockwise very badly to the point that I do not even want to lift it off the ground much until its resolved. When I was using 8S it was definitely not underpowered, but still suffered the problem of 3&4 running hot and yaw/rolling when jumping the throttle. I am really hoping its the PIDs because that's the only aspect I haven't gotten serious with yet, but it doesn't seem like such a consistently one-directional thing would be caused by PIDs?
