"Totally correct and also to be reasonable no-one is going to describe changing motor bearing or servicing a servo,  for a compliant aircraft these all become replace after xxhrs or a crash.  "

Thanks for responding.  We are just starting up. Our main office will be in Vancouver.  Our plane is to have a variety of UAVs and sensors to address different applications - minerals, agriculture, etc.  We will be getting our funding hopefully in a week or two.. When that happens we'll get in touch - if not before.
