Thanks for the feedback. I don't want to break the law. I have been researching via the CAA website and I stick to the rules governing Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS). With regard to my foamy's size and construction, the reality is that birds pose more of a threat to others.

Can you supply me the rule book backing up your statement? I would be keen to read it thoroughly. :)
