"Hi Marc, You never responded to my question. Are you trying to use the PX4FMU on a fixed wing plane without a PX4IO? Since you were asking about the DF13 connector it seemed like you might be. If you are, it won't work, it isn't…"

"I don't think you can switch them on the PX4. The only way would be to download the source, edit it and re-make the firmware module and that is not a reasonable process yet. It is quite possible that your transmitter will permit channel…"

"Hi Marc, It sounds like you might be trying to use a PX4FMU board only on a fixed wing plane, if so that won't work PX4FMU only will only work on a quadcopter. If you do need to use a PX4FMU only on a quadcopter, the connector you need is one…"

"What is your latency when you connect with USB? Mine ranges from 90 - 125ms. Seems a bit way too high for a direct USB serial link. And I don't think I've seen any S.Bus config options yet. I'm sure it will be more easy to work with…"

"I was tried to connect SBUS Rx to PX4IO but no success (with Arducopter). FrSky PPM-sum work nice. I think board is waiting for inverted SBUS like autoquad board and mikrocopter."

"I've never used it but I'm pretty sure that you don't plug it into the regular ppmsum input connector which is down with the motor outputs.  The connector is somewhere else on the board although i'm not sure where."
