Did anyone ever try something like this, A quadcopter airplane mix?

Yes, it is exactly what it looks like, a Quadcopter mixed with an airplane. Just a page out of my over-active brain. Take off in quad mode, hover, switch to plane mode, fly, switch back to quad,…Continue

Baie dankie Sarel,

  1. Ek het alreeds n JR 2110X TX Radio en verskeie RX ontvangers, kan ArduPilot Mega daarmee koppel of moet ek iet anders aankoop?
  2. Ek wil as n "testbed" n TeleMaster tipe vliegtuig deur my ontwerp gebruik, of sou jy iets anders voorstel?

Groete

Petrus

Hi Petrus,

Thanks for the response.

I live in Pretoria but am originally from the UK (came out to the CSIR), and I am afraid my Afrikaans is very poor. I have a Masters degree in electronics and many, many years in R&D.

Regards,

Trevor
