About Me:
I'm an adman, focused on 3D Design and digital signage. My hobbies are free software development and hardware stuff (due to my technical degree on electronics and the 12 years on software development, before my college degree on Social Communication).
Tell us a bit about your UAV interest
My interest is more on building multirotors for aerial photography. I'm learning AVR programming and I'm studding all about the RC.

MorpHex - Art, Technology and Innovation

I'm a big fan of Kare Halvorsen's work from biped to multi-pod spiders. His robots are always pretty well tuned to work on his customized RC control with lots of buttons.

This awesome project above is titled MorpHex which is Kare's entry on "BOCA BEARINGS 2012 INNOVATION COMPETITION".

While SkyWalker is out-of stock in almost everywhere, new big size foam models are popping out in many places out there. I just can't stop looking at this one... looks so nice!

The question here is, are those beautiful models really useful for FPV or being our Drones? I would be afraid of breaking such a beautiful thing... and the 2360mm wing…

Fala Sandro, tudo bem?

Good morning. As everyone knows, the spots and DIYdrones forum should be posted in English. We also all know that due to the variety of subjects is complicated participate in blogs and help those in need. As I'm assembling more than a year my autopilot, having faced all sorts of problems, I propose creating a more direct channel of communication between members of DIYDRONES in Brazil. So, please consult the other Brazilians on how this tool would be interested and if we have. grateful for the collaboration

I would like to present with you the weblink of a project I having with my fellows. The project is called Team Abequar,A Brazilian team we are building a platform to be used in the next UAV Outback Challenge - Search&Rescue. We already passed Delivery 1 and we are doing  tests for the next delivery. As a core autopilot and flight termination we are using APMs. Please visit our page www.abequar.net.br. There you will see about Abequar and Super Abequar too.
