"If the assumption is correct that this is simply a HM-TRP with a PA, then you would just set the Tx Power to 20, which would correspond to 500mW.  All the output power values would simply be increased by 7dBm."

"I have tested the simlar hobbyking 500mW telemtry module which called RF4432D27. @9600bps the RF range is about 4000m in the open air. @19200bps or @38400bps the range is about 2000m long. The high data rate will decrease the range rapidly.…"
