Smartwatch owners rejoice! 3DR Tower now supports control from your Android Wear or Pebble device.

    Could someone answer the question on which pebble watch works with the Tower app? Model # please.

    Hi,

    The installation of the app on pebble watch does not work. From the pebble app, looked for the tower app to install, clicked on "add" and it hangs there. install not working.

    Did anyone succeeded to install tower this on pebble?

    In the early '00s I stopped wearing a watch, cause my phone had a clock.

    At pebbles release, I told myself that the moment there's a smartwatch with a sim card I'd be on board. (Replace phone with watch)

    So I picked up a samsung gear S, 5 weeks before the official Canadian launch.(thanks to Mo@samsung Edmonton) 

    Unfortunately, it's running Tizen, not android. As of yet, to my knowledge, there are no android watches with built-in sim support.  (Hoping to install Wear @that time.)

    I've been testing/crashing in follow-me mode since 2013, and was hoping to take the next step with 3DR+DIYD by pushing the 'wearable' limit to another level.

    Is there any chance of you guys releasing TowerTizen? 

    I've only completed 17% of the Python lessons @ codeacademy.  A long way rolling my own app.

    Any help would be appreciated, and all logs go to Droneshare. A good crash test pilot knows his place.

    And always packs his own parachute

    Awesome! I was disappointed when Tower launched without the Pebble feature, but I'm excited to give it a try!
