RenTT writes to let us know that the Chinese APM/Pixhawk developer community is taking off, and there is a new site focused on this called PlayUAV.
This is a Chinese open-source UAV website that provides technical services and APM and PIXHAWK to players at cost price. Our team has done some modification of the hardware and firmware of APM, such as integrating minimosd with it. We have also done the Chinesization of MP and DroidPlanner by adding Baidu map, Tencent map and AMAP(as Google is banned in China). They all make open on Github. Currently we are making a new graphical OSD with MP and 3D interface that is compatible with APM,PIXHAWK, and DJI. Both the software and hardware will be open source when it proves steady. 3D interface sounds petty cool!
Could we add multiple map sources (e.g. Baidu, Tencent, AMAP, Bing, etc.) to MP to further internationalize it?
