Cool report this morning from NBC's Today Show: Microsoft's Project Premonition is using 3DR Solos to find mosquito breeding areas, then putting "smart traps" there. Those traps (shown below) can analyze the DNA of the mosquito to see if they're carrying the Zika virus. This already deployed in Houston, Texas, where the first Zika transmissions have been reported in the US.
