Hi,
I have received the following email from 3DRobotics last night, my Iris quadocopter was already in France, at Fedex office for a delivery at home on monday. 3DRobotics say they cancel my order and will refund me, rhis mean they will ask Fedex to send back to product to the US, why such a decision for all customers ? Why cancelling a shipement when the parcel is nearly at your home ?
Here is the email I have received from 3DR

Thanks for your order with 3DR. We're writing to let you know that, due to a temporary change in our shipping policies, we're unable to ship orders outside of the US and Canada. We'll be cancelling and refunding your order immediately. We're very sorry for the inconvenience, and we'll let you know when we can resume shipments to your country.

Wow, nearly 300 replies and more than 20 000 views and the discussion is still number 1 ranked after more than 4 days... I noticed this discussion is given as top reply by Google with keywords 3DRobotics and shipment. I didn't imagined my problem (now solved) would bring so much buzz !
But I really think all that would stop if 3DR could give us an explanation of what's going on... The mystery bring more and more legitime questions in this discussion.

Yes, just enter "shipments outside of US and Canada" without any 3DR or 3DRobotics and this discussion come at the first reply of Google.
This discussion come at the third place of Google replies with the words "shipments outside of US" without Canada or 3DR or 3DRobotics.
Not sure 3DR bring us a fast reply with such free advertising !
Actually, this is probably due to do with the fact that Google knows who you are and what your interests are.
Go in under your wife's account (or whatever) and try again. Different results. Scary stuff.
