#define RADIO_TYPE 0 // 0 = sequential PWM pulses, 1 = simultaneous PWM pulses
Also turn on debug mode to 1 and see what radio inputs you are getting, they should read constant values when you are not moving your TX of between 1000 - 2000 approx. Remember to turn debug off again before flying or else AP will not work
